2023

Staff Nurture and Care Leader, Camp Swatara

I was in charge of supporting the summer staff throughout the summer. I did this by planning events for the staff on their days off and planning and coordinating their time off during the day. In addition I helped to adapt the curriculum for the summer. I also led a staff retreat for the summer staff and directed the Junior High Mountainside camp.

2021-present

Work Study, Messiah University Biblical, Religious, and Philosophical Studies Department

I work with the department chair helping them make handouts, working on projects for the department and helping with prospective and new student groups.

2021-2022

Camp Counselor, Camp Swatara

I spent two summers working as a cabin counselor for children ages seven through eighteen, and a camp for adults with intellectual disabilities. I also taught Bible lessons during the summer as needed.

2019-2020

Intern, Mechanic Grove Church of the Brethren

I helped with worship planning for both Sunday services. I also helped to update the online church database. In addition I was given opportunities to preach on a regular basis.

2016-2021

Bus Person, C.R. Lapp's Family Resturant

I worked to clean tables on evenings and weekends when I was not in school. I would also help the servers as needed.

Messiah University, B.A. Youth Ministry with a Child and Youth Services Minor

I have maintained a 3.87 GPA and made the Dean's List each semester. I also am a member of the Theta Alpha Kappa Honor Society. During my time at Messiah University I have also been a part of Thriving Together: Churches for Racial Justice, an initiative against racism.
